Abstract:

The aim of this research was to evaluate the effects, that ozone
exerts, in different immunoglobulins of children with humoral
immunity deficiency. 59 out-patients, between 1 and 5 years, were
studied. Ozone was applied by rectal insufflation, at age dependent
doses, in 3 different cycles. Significant increases in IgA, IgM and
IgG values were achieved. In all patients, humoral immunity was
normalized and clinical improvements were also achieved.
